Oliver Peck

Oliver Peck works out of Elm Street Tattoo in Dallas, Texas. Olivers known for his mini-tattoos (he can do a clipper ship the size of a coin) and for his ex-wife (the ever so famous Kat Von D). His work is distinct, bold traditional stuff and a great example of the style.
