Dimitry tattoos out of Rolling Stone Tattoo in Moscow, Russia. I haven't found many Russian tattooers who stray from realism and portraiture so finding someone from there who does neo-trad and does it well is cool. His work reminds me slightly of Curt Baer in places and theres definite influence from the American neo-trad guys but it's still original and it's own thing.
