Ross Carlson

 

Ross Carlson works out of Imperial and Living Art Tattoo in Portland, Oregon. His work is real nice bold traditional stuff. I came across Ross at the Dublin Convention and found that not only does he have a sweet neck piece but also he's a damn good tattooer.
